LLB in Uitm (Part 1)

After i had finished my Bachelor in Legal Studies in UiTM for three years, we are recommended to pursue with LL.B. LLB is a professional degree, which exempt you from sitting for Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). Overseas graduate need to sit for CLP, which is hardly to pass. Many said that Uitm students were lucky enough because we do not need to sit for CLP in order to practice law. But, is it true?

Made a googl-ing about LLB UiTM and found a certain idea on it.

1. " the extra one year program in UiTM is very tough. My friends who are now lawyers have said that the one year honours program is like ten times tougher than chambering. Basically you have to do tests and presentations like everyday including WEEKENDS- No kidding! You start class early everyday around 8am and ends class at 10pm and then have meetings and what not till after midnight. And this is everyday including weekends. So please dont write UiTM grads of as going through something "easy". Not at all."

2. "So enjoy your 4 months holiday while waiting your LL.B offer letters. Once you get it, start to prepare yourselves physically, mentally and emotionally. Learn to suit and blend with people that you rarely know. Learn to be patience and co-operative. Learn the art of give and take. Because these all what you gonna do when you're stepping in LL.B world."

3."When you're in LL.B programme in UiTM {I don't know about other unis), this kind of workload is utterly normal & it happened almost every week. "

4. Tapi, bila korang sambung LLB (Hons) – Bachelor of Laws, ucapan aku, welcome to hell… Hahaha… Kelas start pagi. Paling awal boleh balik pun pukul 4.30. Itu kalau kelas habis pukul 4. Sebab pukul 4.30 baru boleh punch out. Ye, student LLB perlu punch kad! Ada hari kelas habis malam. Kadang-kadang ada kelas dan test masa weekend.

Macam minggu ni, semalam tak tidur malam. Pukul  6 lebih pagi tadi [pagi hari Jumaat] baru tidur. Semuanya sebab buat assignment BM [yes, LLB belajar subjek bahasa Melayu] ngan take home test subjek Law of Evidence. Malam ni pun kena stay up lagi. Sebab pagi nanti ada test Advanced Civil Procedure ngan kelas ganti Criminal Trial and Advocacy. Stress…2x.

Siapa yang rasa2 nak sambung LLB (Hons) kat UiTM, prepare your mind, spirit and your soul. Fizikal pun kena kot. Sebab kelas [yang dipanggil ofis] kat Level 7 FUU UiTM. So, better be prepared! 

Hurmm now i feel so scared! 

The Introductory Post

Hye. This blog was actually created for fun a long time ago. It was only by now i think that i should use this blog for a better purpose. Sadly, i'm still lack of knowledge on how to update and designing the blog. Will learn to made a better blog, soon. (hopefully)

So, on this very first post on the new blog, (since i had deleted the previous post before this), what was the beneficial purpose that i was thinking to utilize this blog?

Perhaps, my basic knowledge on legal basis, my opinion on certain current issue, the daily matters that we used to have problem, and many more :D
I hope i can write something which is useful to public, fun to read, gives knowledge and made a happier life for everyone . :D

oh by the way, this blog will be written in english as well as malay. Depending on the topics that we will going to discuss.
